Sa Sort was in a very peaceful location but only 10 minutes to Alaro which had great restaurants and was great to walk around. The house itself was great, quiet and cool, the weather was a little too cool to use the pool but it looked great as well! Was a great base in Mallorca - about 30 mins from everywhere we wanted to see.

¡Fue un sueño!

La finca tiene todo para pasar un tiempo perfecto:

Está cerca del precioso centro de Alaró. Este pueblo tiene todo lo que se puede desear: encanto, supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías, heladerías, panadería, carnicería, etc.

La finca y todavia la propiedad están muy bien cuidadas, hay unas vistas maravillosas y fácilmente accesibles por carreteras asfaltadas. Los propietarios son unos anfitriones perfectos y se ocupan de todo inmediatamente.

Estuvimos allí con 6 adultos en Navidad y nos sentimos muy cómodos con la chimenea y la calefacción. ¡Muchas gracias a Xavi y su familia!

Precioso lugar, tranquilo y con una amplia variedad de servicios. Nos hospedamos con mi familia un fin de semana y fue de lo más agradable. Lo más bonito, nadar en la piscina con las montañas de fondo y la naturaleza que tanto caracteriza Mallorca.

Quiero hacer una especial mención al anfitrión Xavi, que estuvo a nuestra disposición durante toda la estancia, haciéndola así más amena.

This villa was honestly the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed at to date. The summer house annex and the pool was so good we practically spent most our time outside. If you love scenery don’t look any further; It has views of two jaw dropping mountains in the backdrop and greenery as far as you can see. If you’re after an active holiday I can’t recommend enough, we went on a great 3 hour hike up to a rustic castle and there’s also a great sports complex in Alaro (5minute drive). Also I’ve never seen so many cyclists in one place so you know this is a hotspot! However I would definitely suggest renting a car. And that way you can get to most places around the island within an hour. And Palma is only a 30minute drive. The only slightly negative thing I can think of is that the main villa itself is quite dated, but we really didn’t mind as we didn’t spend time inside. Lastly, Xavier was an incredible host - very attentive, responsive and gave great local suggestions

His finca is a dream house. We were there in winter, yet it was warm and cosy.

Bused the finca, the pool house and garden are wonderful and in good shape.

We had a wonderful and relaxing few days. Alaró was close enough to pop in to get groceries or have coffee but the finca was peaceful in a beautiful surrounding overlooking Alaró Castle.

  Ich habe Sa Sort mit 2 Freunden für den Sommerurlaub gebucht. So hatten wir alle unser eigenes Zimmer. Aber das Haus kann problemlos auch 6 Personen beherbergen. Alle Schlafzimmer waren mit (leisen) Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.

Die Finca selbst hatte noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Bäder und ein Esszimmer. WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert.

Herzstück ist der mit hellblauen Mosaiken verkleidete Pool! Der Pool hatte auch eine schöne Größe, sodass man viel Spaß darin haben kann (Bahnen kann man aber nicht schwimmen). Sehr angenehm war auch der geringe Chlorgehalt. Sauber war der Pool trotzdem stets. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Außenküche mit Kohlegrill und einem Gasherd, die wir an 2 Abenden benutzt haben. Praktischerweise gibt es im Außenbereich noch ein weiteres Bad.

Vom Flughafen braucht man etwa eine halbe Stunde zur Finca. Ich empfehle daher einen Mietwagen, auch um im Ort einkaufen zu können (5 min. mit Auto).

Der Aufenthalt in Sa Sort war klasse!

What a gem!! We loved every part of our stay here. The outdoor area is so picturesque and we enjoyed our daily breakfast by the pool and dinners under the stars. The place is super easy to drive to and easy to find on maps. We had a water issue during our stay but Xavier was quick to get it rectified. Thank you so much!!

We stayed in Xavier's beautiful house near Alaro for a week in late March/early April, with our 3 kids aged 7, 10 and 12. Everyone appreciated the exceptional setting, with beautiful views from every window, as well as the garden and swimming pool. The house is extremely comfortable and very well equipped - there was nothing missing. Xavier responded very quickly whenever we needed and is a very kind and attentive host. We loved the location, close to Alaro but with complete peace, quiet and privacy. Thank you Xavier, we look forward to returning!

This has been a super holiday home for me and family.

The location is perfect - not much more than an hours drive to anywhere on the island .. the mountain views are remarkable - photos don’t do it justice - particularly the dawn and sunset views.

Alaró is charming. Plenty of good restaurants, craft beer brewery, cycle hire and Saturday market in the town square.

The pool is peaceful with just the sounds of doves and sparrows, distant peacocks and cockerels. We saw an eagle (?) overhead and a pine martin running across the yard.

Xavi was a great host and responded immediately to any queries. Thanks ! 🤩

Wir waren zum Fahrradfahren auf Mallorca und hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Xavier. Sehr schöne Umgebung, geräumiges und komfortbales Haus sowie tolle Kochmöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We, party of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xavier's Finca. His beautiful home was inviting, comfortable and in a beautiful area with stunning views of the mountains. It's just about 30 minutes from Palma airport & an easy drive to the house and less than an hour to many wonderful locations. We thoroughly recommend going to Castell d Alaró. Park at the restaurant and hike up to the castle for some stunning views. Reward yourself with a delicious meal at Es V erger restaurant which we highly recommend. The highlight for us was breakfast outside everyday by the pool with views of the two mountains a short distance away. Thank you Xavier✨

A beautiful villa at the base of the mountains just outside of Alaro . The house had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was lovely to spend time in and the pool itself was very soothing after a hot day ! A couple of good restaurants in Alaró as well as a good italian style one in nearby Santa Maria. All together a great stay . Disposing of rubbish was slightly more complicated than anticipated , lots of different recycling and you have to take it to the nearby recycling centre as it’s not collected . But it’s very simple , just needs planning !

A great holiday .. well recommend for families.. we will be back !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool war schön groß und die Kinder konnten sich darin gut austoben.

Das einzige was ein wenig lästig war, waren die Ameisen 😄… die haben sich gleich alles geschnappt was rumlag, also man durfte nie irgendwo etwas rumliegen lassen.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich super erholen. Die Schlafzimmer sind top klimatisiert.

Alles in allem, hatten wir eine tolle Woche und der Vermieter war sehr schnell und jederzeit erreichbar.

He was a responsive host, and the location of the finca couldn't have been better for us - quiet and nestled in the beautiful Mallorcan mountains but easily accessible to the local old towns in Deia, Palma, Valldemossa and Soller. This is a very nice little finca with gorgeous outside space. Very clean and with obvious attention to detail. Fabulous water pressure in the showers which is not always the case on the island. Alarò is charming as are the people. Most fabulous cycle routes through Mallorca’s fabulous landscape. We had a really good time

We loved the house. The location is great. Close distance to main places to visit, but away from busy crowds.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Resting by the pool area and appreciating the view is a must do! Also, It has all you need to cook at home if you feel like it.

Xavier was a great host. Communication was very easy and he provided great tips of restaurants and where to do grocery.

Would certainly go back!
